We are excited for the upcoming Five Star Bath Solutions “Cruise to Success” 2017 annual conference aboard the Carnival Paradise January 7-12 2017.

Here are some of the important details and agenda for the conference. We are looking forward to seeing everyone in attendance.


Early booking has passed, but it is still not too late to book your room. For group bookings you must CALL carnival (group booking cannot be done online) at 1-800-327-5782 or call the main number at 1-800-764-7419 and ask for group bookings. Our group code is 3LN5M6.Using the group booking number will ensure that we can use the conference facilities. There are still benefits to joining our booking group.


The Carnival Paradise leaves port at 4:00 PM on Saturday, January 7th 2017. You must be checked in between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of embarkation. For an easy check-in process, be sure to have all required travel documents including a valid passport. Carnival provides detailed answer to many common questions concerning boarding, arrival and departure times on their FAQ section of their website: https://help.carnival.com/app/home

PLEASE CHECK-IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE: Due to security requirements imposed by the U.S Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Carnival Cruise Line is required to provide a final departure manifest with specific guest information at least 60 minutes prior to departure. As a result of this regulation, all guests are required to provide us with check-in information prior to embarkation day.The easiest and most convenient way to provide this information is to complete the ‘Online Check-In’ process via ‘Manage My Booking’ at https://secure.carnival.com/BookedGuest/

If you are arriving on Saturday, please book your flight accordingly so that you have time to arrive at the port between by 1:00 PM. Carnival offers transfers from Tampa International Airport for $20.95 per person. There are also taxis cabs and Uber available at the airport.

Return Flight

Carnival recommends that you book your flight no earlier than 12:00 PM on Thursday, January 12th. Although the boat arrives to port at 8:00 AM it still needs to clear customs and there are known to be delays. Booking flights before 12:00 PM could result in a rushed morning and missed flight.

Conference Costs

We have made every attempt to make the 2017 conference as affordable as possible. The cost for attendees is $350. There is a $50 guest fee (not including children). The fee for not attending is $500.

We will be billing the conference charges on November 23rd so it is important that you make your reservation prior to the 23rd and alert us of your plans.
