"I highly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions of Connecticut. I contacted Five Star at the end of July for a consultation and cost to replace my 9 year old Neo angle shower. I was very impressed with the quality of materials and the cost was slightly less than other quotes I received. The shower was installed at the end of July. The installer was outstanding and completed the job with perfection. The glass shower enclosure is much sturdier than the one it replaced. The base is slip resistant. The back walls go all the way to the ceiling which makes it easy to clean and maintain along with giving it a very clean and bright look. I had hired a big box home improvement store 9 years ago to replace my 15 year old flimsy shower. Their replacement leaked from day one and they didn’t stand by their work. They also lost a couple of the screws that came with the unit. They replaced those screws with screws that were incorrect and crooked. Five Star Bath Solutions communicated well and regularly with me. They used high quality materials and employ master installers. I could not be more pleased with Five Star and highly recommend them."
