When the team arrived, they were very professional. They wanted to make sure there was a limited amount of dust flying around, so they closed the door and made sure that I didn't have the AC on. They also laid down dropcloths the hall right into the bathroom from the front door. So, anything they carried through the house was on those dropcloths.

The shower is so much larger and more open than what we had before. Now, without that fiberglass insert, it makes the whole room light up and bigger.

When we talked to him about it he was really excited and said, "yes, I do want a walk-in shower." The first time he was able to use that shower, he was in there for 30 minutes and did not want to get out because he loved it so much! The walk in shower makes the whole room light up and bigger.

The material I had before was a fiberglass insert. To me, it always looked cheap. There was just nothing fancy about it. When they showed me their materials and how they were designed, I loved the look of them. They looked just like real stone, but were easier to clean and maintain.
