Mitch, the Five Star Bath Solutions representative, introduced the Smart Choice wall system featuring six-layer antimicrobial composite panels with high-resolution marble imaging. Panels were selected in Calacatta White, offering a bright finish with strong veining and no visible grout lines. The customer opted for matte black Delta hardware and floating corner shelves, eliminating clutter from prior wire racks. Integrated ceiling paneling and recessed lighting were included for a polished, full-height installation.

Installation, as described by Mitch, involved full removal down to the studs, inspection and retention of interior plumbing, and replacement of wall surfaces with non-organic foam-core polyconcrete backer. Delta handheld fixtures and a low-threshold textured base were added. Glass enclosure originally discussed was not present at completion. Plumbing remained on the interior wall; no relocation occurred. The job was completed cleanly with sealed edges and upgraded curb surfacing.

Five Star Bath Solutions provided a fully transferable lifetime warranty covering product, labor, sealants, and fixtures. Delta's warranty applied to all hardware. Final discounted proposal for the Smart Choice system was approved at $11,500 following corporate pricing adjustments.
