A recessed shampoo niche and sliding glass barn doors mentioned in the original plan were not installed at the time of completion.

Installation included full demolition of the prior tub area, rebuilt with new wall panels, reinforced plumbing fixtures, and a deeper soaker-style tub in the same footprint. Composite panels extend from the tub lip to the ceiling, with clean edge seams and matte texture. Wall backing used Five Star’s non-organic, moisture-impervious material to prevent mold and ensure structural longevity. All visible finishing meets the brand’s accessibility and aesthetic standards. A standard shower rod was mounted in place of the glass door system.
