Customer-selected vertically stacked green ceramic tiles were installed from the tub deck to the ceiling, creating a cohesive, contemporary look. A recessed niche was built into the plumbing wall for organized storage, and a matching tile ledge was added along the back wall. Fixtures were upgraded to a chrome handheld showerhead with a matching tub filler, offering versatility and durability.
Installation included a full demolition to studs in the tub alcove, inspection and replacement of any compromised framing, and complete replumbing in the wet area. Waterproof backer board was applied before tiling, ensuring long-term protection. The tiling was completed with precision to maintain alignment, and all fixtures were securely mounted. The project was completed in a multi-day schedule with the workspace kept clean and organized throughout.
