"I used to have a saying about dealing with people in business, that half of them were incompetent and the other half didn't , complex know what they were doing. So in doing a very specific, complex, complete bathroom remodel, I was somewhat apprehensive about lay ahead for me and my wife who is also a very particular woman. It all started out right meeting together with Maria Robinson, the head salesperson for Five Star Bath Solutions who I will refer to as FSBS and the owner of the company, Bill Obrien. I was impressed that they both came out to our home twice as I more questions after digesting all the information from the first initial visit. At the very least, I thought they both had a great demeanor, very personable and very patient in creating with us our artistic vision for what we wanted for our dream remodel. I told them, that it was between them and one other company, but after they left after the second visit, we decided rather quickly that they were our choice as I liked their self-confidence. The project would begin after we returned from visiting our children and grandchildren who lived in Florida. Two weeks later, the project began when it was stipulated. After 41 years as a salesman myself, I felt they had their work cut out for them as my opinion after re-thinking certain aspects, was that they oversold themselves on some of the promises made and that I would ultimately have to call them out on it. What a rare but positively euphoric thing to say is that they not only met my expectations but surpassed them on every metric that I follow to gage performance on. Not only was the owner Bill Obrien there often, going over details with his head project manager but that Javier was just astounding in his attitude and his commitment to doing the best job possible, but the excellence in his work and his quiet integrity, was just a very nice thing to witness. To top it off, Javiar came back an extra day to touch up some of the caulking, molding, painting and some other small things that I was not and would not have even noticed. Needless to say, it was a great all the way around experience that I shall enjoy with my wife for years to come. I can't remember the last time that I have written a review or if I did, write more than a line or two. My best wishes for their continued success.
