"We are very pleased with the new walk in shower installed by Five Star that replaced the tub/shower combo in our guest bathroom. ( which I use as my own)  From the original sales consultation to installation the entire process was truly 5 star.  Mark, the owner was an excellent communicator , keeping us updated on what to expect , time line etc. He also dropped by our home several times to check on the job and ensure we were happy with the progress.  The installers , Samantha and Jeremy, did terrific work and were very polite, friendly and professional. Good folks. We enjoyed having them here.  They were respectful of our home, careful not to scratch or damage anything. They neatly organized their equipment before leaving for the evening.  As for the new shower, it looks like we have a new bathroom! It's amazing what a difference it makes aesthetically. I also have so much more room with the absence of the space eating tub. The glass barn doors add a touch of elegance in my opinion.  The overall experience was very pleasant with Five Star.  I should point out that they do offer a wide variety of options and pricing.  I've always been a ""shower guy"", but this takes it to a more enjoyable level."
