Mitch emphasized the paneling’s 8K-stone finish, which resists scratches, mold, and mildew, and doesn’t require grout or caulking. The system uses a non-organic DensShield backer board, eliminating moisture risks associated with traditional green board. Mitch also reinforced the company’s bathroom-only expertise and commitment to certified, background-checked installers.
The original insert was fully removed down to the studs and subfloor. All components were inspected, repaired where needed, and rebuilt using the company’s no-surprise guarantee. New brushed nickel Delta fixtures were installed, along with two corner shelves and an updated oval handheld shower with wall mount. The wall paneling in Calacatta-style Smart Choice finish was installed floor-to-ceiling, surrounding the new soaking tub with a flat apron and clean lines. The curved brushed nickel curtain rod replaced the original black one for a softer look and better function.
Five Star Bath Solutions provides a lifetime, non-prorated, and transferable warranty covering product, labor, caulking, and materials. Mitch applied a $350 military discount for the customer’s son. Total price was reduced from the original $17,625 MSRP to $13,750 after installation and military discounts.
