The original tub and arched ceiling tiles were fully removed, and the site was demoed to the studs. Once all framing and surfaces were inspected, installation proceeded with Everest-style wall panels installed from base to ceiling. A brushed nickel Delta handheld showerhead was mounted along the side wall for easy access, complemented by three corner shelves for storage. A low-profile shower base replaced the original tub floor, and a single 18-inch grab bar was added on the inside of the sliding glass bypass door. A shave step was not included, contrary to the original plan.

The new brushed nickel-framed bypass door encloses the space with clear tempered glass, preserving an open visual line while offering secure access. Julie walked the customer through the design using a 3D rendering and confirmed every selection before installation. She noted the typical installation timeline is two days, and scheduling availability was within six to eight weeks.

Five Star Bath Solutions backs the remodel with a lifetime, non-prorated, transferable warranty on labor, materials, and adhesives. Discounts were applied for military service and senior status, and same-day incentives provided an additional corporate upgrade. The original MSRP of $17,731 was reduced to $14,185 after installation discounts, with a final negotiated total of $12,908. The discounted offer was contingent on same-day booking, while a baseline price of $13,185 was locked for 30 days and guaranteed for market value reference for one year.
