The customer chose the Calcutta White pattern and selected brushed nickel Delta Lahara fixtures, including a handheld wand with magnetic docking. A curved brushed nickel shower rod was retained instead. Five Star Bath Solutions provided a non-prorated, fully transferable lifetime warranty covering labor, materials, sealants, and workmanship. The total project was quoted at $35,925 but reduced to $26,153 after promotional incentives. Final scheduling was confirmed with a one-third down deposit and a follow-up appointment for measurement.
