Customer, Steve, requested a tub to shower conversion to improve accessibility, modernize the appearance of the bathroom, and reduce maintenance associated with the aging fiberglass tub and surround. The existing bathtub featured an older one-piece fiberglass enclosure with integrated molded shelving, a shower curtain rod, and limited accessibility features. The updated design replaced the tub with a low-threshold walk-in shower while maintaining the original bathroom footprint. The finished remodel introduced a brighter, more modern appearance with glossy white subway-style wall panels, a sliding glass enclosure, integrated seating, and multiple safety features for improved daily usability.
