Fixtures included a chrome-finished handheld shower wand with fixed height, corner shelves for storage, and a recessed drain. Vinyl plank flooring replaced the older hex tile. Wall repair and surrounding trim were completed with basic white wainscoting.
Installation was completed over a two-day period, including demolition, mold remediation, plumbing upgrades, wall prep, and custom glass install. All labor was performed by employees under the regional franchise, with no subcontracting. The production manager handled final measurements and staging.
