The customer requested their existing tub be replaced with a walk-in shower that would offer both style and aging-in-place safety features. In this remodel, the new shower features neutral-toned, marble-look antimicrobial composite wall panels, a matching low-threshold shower base, and no doors—using a chrome shower curtain rod to maintain visual openness. The design includes two corner shelves on the back wall for storage, a Delta two-in-one chrome shower head with handheld attachment, and matching chrome fixtures throughout. The shower space extends to a wide window for increased natural light, and the floor outside the shower is finished in a neutral, textured plank style. There are no benches or recessed niches, and the overall layout is simple and modern, providing safety and easy cleaning without unnecessary bulk.
