Data Handling – Texting and SMS

We value your privacy, and the privacy of data transmitted via text message or SMS. Our policy is to assure confidentiality and security in such data, and we do not share SMS data outside of our company or its affiliates, except where required by law or as necessary to provide the services requested by you as our client.

All data we receive from you via SMS or text message is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering our services, delivering enhanced user experiences, and improving our ability to deliver such services. We do not sell or deliver SMS data to third parties for marketing purposes, or for any purpose not related to the uses described above, without your express consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information that we share with contractors who perform support services, such as customer service or subcontracting will be permitted.

By providing us with your telephone number for SMS services or communications, you agree to receive updates regarding your service, including appointment confirmations, quotes for services, invoices, and other related communications. You will receive messages as often as needed.
You can opt out or cancel the SMS communications at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon receiving such a message, we will confirm your desire to unsubscribe via a reply SMS. Following that confirmation (which we will endeavor to complete within 10 business days), you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To resume, you may sign up or enroll in the same manner as you did initially and we will commence services again on the current terms.
Should you encounter difficulties or require assistance from our team in connection with any SMS communications, reply “HELP” to request that help and we will respond via SMS or otherwise contact you.

All SMS communications to which you enroll or subscribe are subject to your agreement with your mobile carrier at standard data and messaging rates. For questions regarding your data or messaging plan, you may contact your carrier. Neither we nor your carrier are liable for delays in message delivery or failure to successfully send or receive any message.
