Five Star Bath Solutions was a great company to work with. Every interaction I had with them was positive, from the first phone call to the final installation. I called them to replace an old shower tub with a walk in shower for my father who is going through chemotherapy. The salesman, workers, and project managers were very kind and treated both him and I with respect. I felt a little uneasy about paying half of the money before the work was started but they kept me updated on the ordering, making, and delivery of the products to ensure they did not forget about me. The quality of the new shower is great, and it is going to be easy to maintain. My only complaint is the sliding shower door, though great quality, is a little heavy to move, especially for someone who is on the weaker side due to medical issues. However, I am sure this issue will solve itself in a couple months. We could not be happier with the end result.
