Customer, Chait, asked that the leaking tub in the downstairs semi-master bath be converted into a single, open walk-in shower. In the two-day installation, the alcove was rebuilt with Frost marble-look Smart Choice composite wall panels that rise to the ceiling and wrap the existing window. A matching low-threshold base replaced the apron tub, and the opening was left door-less—no glass panel or curtain rod was installed—to keep the space feeling wide and easy to enter. Storage is provided by four triangular corner shelves (two on each side). A chrome handheld showerhead with matching valve trim sits on the left control wall above the original tub spout, and a built-in rectangular bench anchors the front-right corner for seated use. No grab bars or recessed niches were added, preserving a clean, uncluttered layout.
