A light marble-pattern panel system was selected to brighten the space and provide a clean, monochromatic appearance consistent with the customer’s design preferences. The updated bathing area maintained the tub configuration while introducing a modern shower system and streamlined wall surfaces.
Installation involved removal of the existing tub surround and wall materials, with demolition exposing the framing and plumbing to allow proper preparation and structural evaluation. After preparation of the alcove, the installation team fitted a new tub and waterproof backer system followed by installation of grout-free composite wall panels extending to the ceiling. Updated plumbing fixtures, grab bars, and a corner storage shelf were installed to complete the system. The installation team protected the surrounding area during the project and completed the remodel within the typical multi-day installation timeframe.
