Accessories such as angled grab bar, shave step, and high corner shelves were tailored for ease of use. A seat was integrated into the rear corner to enhance access and comfort. The final design excluded the planned frameless glass enclosure and instead used a shower rod and curtain, likely to manage cost and spacing constraints.
Installation involved full tear-out down to the studs, updated plumbing, and structural reinforcement behind grab bars. Project was completed in two to three days by Five Star’s background-checked W-2 installers. Measurements were finalized on site to ensure accessories and hardware were installed precisely to layout. Final walkthrough was completed to confirm performance. The initial plan to upgrade other bathroom areas such as flooring, tub, or lighting was not included in this phase of work.
Five Star’s warranty covers all product and labor for life, including wall panels and Delta systems. If any future service is needed, affected parts are replaced to original specification. Customer qualified for several discounts including $1,500 for online booking, $1,000 for military service, and $500 for review participation, plus $1,200 from the Free Upgrade Program.
