Garrett Bailey from Five Star Bath Solutions guided the customer through the Smart Choice composite system. The chosen wall surround is a solid white Centrel panel made of antimicrobial, six-layer PVC, which resists mold, cracking, and discoloration. Garrett emphasized that installations are handled by in-house W-2 employees, not subcontractors, all of whom are background-checked and trained specifically in bathroom remodels. The goal was a clean, reliable, and accessible tub area that would meet the functional needs of a large household.

Installation included full removal of the old tub and tile down to the studs. Framing was inspected and any affected wood replaced. A fiberglass-reinforced acrylic soaking tub was installed with a wavy front apron design. Solid white wall panels were custom cut to extend from tub to ceiling, finished with matching trim. Two integrated corner shelves were installed on the wet wall for storage. A handheld Delta wand in brushed nickel was mounted mid-wall, and a single vertical grab bar was added on the control wall. All materials were sealed with antimicrobial silicone. A curved curtain rod was installed in brushed nickel, and the flooring was updated with a light gray marble-look tile.

Five Star Bath Solutions provides a fully transferable lifetime warranty covering all fixtures, labor, materials, and plumbing. The installed system includes the soaker tub, white composite walls, Delta Intuition handheld wand, matching trim accessories, and grab bar. Additional requested items, including a vanity faucet and lighting upgrades, were not completed as part of this installation. Customers received detailed pricing documentation with options to adjust final components prior to approval.
