Michael Cole, the Five Star Bath Solutions representative, introduced the Smart Choice system with 100% PVC composite walls featuring antimicrobial, non-porous construction. While the original plan included a matte black rainfall fixture and swinging glass door, the final installation features chrome fixtures and trim with a curved shower rod and curtain, instead of glass. The customer selected a marble-style panel system with light grey veining, paired with a chrome handheld showerhead and dual grab bars for safety. Wall panels run full height around the shower and window frame, and a built-in corner shelf was included for storage.
Installation began with a full demo down to the studs, replacement of all visible plumbing, and installation of waterproof ShowerShield backer. A custom-fit, anti-slip shower base was installed to fit the existing footprint, sealed with waterproof silicone for durability. Trim was integrated around the window using the same composite paneling to provide a watertight and consistent finish. Glass doors were not used in the final design.
Five Star Bath Solutions completed the remodel in two days with in-house trained, background-checked installers. Lifetime transferable warranty covers materials, labor, and accessories, and the price was locked in with no added charges.
