The Five Star Bath Solutions team did an outstanding job from start to finish with my tub to shower conversion. At the initial sales appointment, Ron the company President, and Phil the sales representative, presented a range of options based on my preferences. Their professionalism and the quality of their materials and craftsmanship convinced me to go ahead and have their company do the job. On the first day of work, Ron arrived early to set up the project’s logistics and the tarps for the crew. The crew soon came and worked very hard throughout the day and a half job. They were polite, responsive to my questions, and very skilled at their craft. Ron came back at the end of that day to observe the progress of the construction. The crew arrived the next morning, and completed the shower in about three hours. Ron then came over so that we could do a walk through, and he showed me exactly how to operate and maintain the new shower. It’s beautiful, and it completely opens up the master bathroom. I had spent two years being unable to use my master shower, and had to use my daughters’ shower due to a large crack in the base of the tub. I can’t wait for my first shower in my master bathroom on Friday morning. Ron and his team made this experience so positive and worthwhile, and I thoroughly recommend Five Star Bath Solutions for high quality and affordable bath transformations.
