The selected finish mimics natural stone veining while remaining non-porous and mold-resistant. Matte black faucet and shower fixtures replaced the previously upgraded plumbing for a cohesive, updated look.
Installation included full removal of the cast iron tub, inspection and remediation of any damage, installation of the fully synthetic waterproof backer board, and precise panel fitting to the ceiling height. White trim was added at exposed edges for a clean transition. The tub and fixtures were installed with 100% silicone sealing to ensure long-term watertight performance. The process was completed efficiently with debris removal included.
