We had our bathroom remodeled 2 years ago and we recently had a new issue with the shower they installed. I was worried even though I knew they had a lifetime warranty that for some reason it wouldn't be covered. But Ken and Victor were great to just figure out the issue and fix it around our busy schedules. Victor went above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our bathroom 2 years later.
