Just had our old bathtub enclosure removed and replaced by Five Star. Our experience from beginning to end was very good. From Homi's home visit, detailed information, numerous choices and detailed estimate to Adrianes (Homi's son) swift, clean installation, the entire process was painless. We had a typical 70's fiberglass (or plastic) tub and enclosure in our lake home. Typical for the time period. Adriane, and his assistant Ian, came in, covered everything with tarps and removed the old enclosure in one morning. That day they repaired/replaced any rotted wood and relocated the plumbing and drain. There was no mold issues behind the old enclosure, thank goodness. But, if there was, remediation was part of the estimate. By the end of the first day they had the waterproof walls up, new shower base in and all seams sealed. The second day they came in and installed the new enclosure, installed new shower head, grab bars, shelves, glass doors and sealed all seams. Most importantly, their finishing work around the exterior of the enclosure where it met the walls was done very professionally. Including the floor tile where it met the base. The entire project took two days and they completely cleaned up and removed all debris. We went with a "middle of the road" product with a life time warranty and are very happy with the results, workmanship and overall experience.
