Customer, Susan, asked that the soaker tub be replaced with a walk-in shower that future tenants could keep spotless with minimal effort. In the one-day installation, the alcove was converted to a door-less shower finished with warm beige marble-look antimicrobial composite wall panels that run to the ceiling. A matching low-threshold, slip-resistant shower pan provides easy entry. Storage is handled by three triangular corner shelves—two on the control wall and one on the opposite wall—leaving the floor clear. A single diagonal chrome grab bar spans the back wall for stability, and a standard fixed chrome Delta showerhead with coordinated valve trim is mounted high on the right. No foot ledge, bench, or glass door was added, keeping the layout open, simple, and easy to wipe down while blending with the existing tile floor.
