The new system introduced a brushed marble-look shower wall panel design, extending across three walls to the window line for full enclosure and a cohesive finish. A built-in corner bench replaced the former freestanding chair, providing a permanent and stable seating area. Wall-mounted grab bars were positioned along both the side and rear walls for safe navigation, and a recessed storage niche was centrally installed for convenient access to bath products. Updated brushed nickel shower fixtures, including a dual-head system with handheld capability, were mounted with ergonomic placement.
A grout-free six-layer PVC composite wall system was used, selected for its antimicrobial properties, resistance to mold and mildew, and realistic stone aesthetic via high-resolution printing. The floor pan was retiled using a mosaic composite layout for slip resistance and visual continuity. Substructure included a waterproof backer board and new PEX plumbing lines. Final placement of grab bars and fixtures was confirmed during a critical site meeting to ensure optimal accessibility and comfort. Demolition and installation were completed with protective floor covering and debris control.
The entire remodel is supported by a fully transferable, lifetime, non-prorated warranty that includes coverage for materials, labor, and plumbing.
