Three custom corner shelves provided storage while maintaining visual continuity. A single safety grab bar was installed diagonally on the plumbing wall for secure support.

As the customer provided the original tub concept and materials were revised during the project, Five Star Bath Solutions offered a labor-only warranty. Michael clarified that the team would remain available for any follow-up support and that all installers were fully insured and background-checked. The labor scope included full tear-out to studs, mold remediation as needed, cast iron tub removal in sections, fixture and plumbing upgrades, panel installation, and full cleanup. The team also coordinated all measurements with the project manager before ordering materials, and floor protection was provided throughout the home during demo and install.

The base labor cost was quoted at $4,000 for the wet area, with a review-based discount reducing it from the original $4,500. An additional $2,097 was available for optional vanity and floor upgrades. No changes were applied post-agreement, and pricing remained transparent throughout the project.
