Five Star Bath Solutions Representative presented a low-maintenance remodeling system designed for durability, water resistance, and safer daily use. The completed shower features light neutral stone-look wall panels, a coordinating shower base, chrome-finish fixtures, a handheld showerhead, supportive grab bars, and a clear sliding glass enclosure. The simplified wall system removes the extensive grout lines from the original tiled surround while creating a brighter, cleaner wet area suited to long-term accessibility needs.
Installation included removal of the original jetted tub, glass enclosure, and tiled surround to expose the underlying framing, plumbing, and subfloor area for inspection and preparation. Five Star Bath Solutions Shower Shield waterproof backer was installed throughout the wet area before application of the finished wall system. Plumbing and reinforced mounting locations were prepared during reconstruction, followed by installation of the low-threshold shower base, wall panels, handheld shower system, grab bars, and sliding glass enclosure. The completed configuration provides increased interior floor space and stable support points for safer movement within the shower.
