1. Program Name and Description

Hatch is a mobile messaging program that provides promotional offers, appointment reminders, and updates. By opting into this SMS service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Five Star Bath Solutions to the mobile number you provided.

2. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [Shortcode Number]. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. Rejoining Instructions

If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again, or text "START" to [Shortcode Number].

4. Help Instructions

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" to [Shortcode Number]. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Please be aware that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
