The final installation features a deep soaking tub with squared edges, smooth white acrylic finish, and a clean, integrated appearance. The wall system extends to the ceiling and is finished in a marble-patterned composite with gray veining. A brushed shower fixture includes a standard handheld showerhead mounted high. A stainless grab bar was installed vertically near the plumbing wall, with two matching triangular corner shelves included. A curved brushed rod was added for flexibility with curtains.
Misti Shaddox, the Five Star Bath Solutions representative, introduced the customer to the Mobility Bathworks walk-in tub collection, emphasizing its U.S. manufacturing, veteran ownership, and medical-grade quality. The unit includes dual-function hydrotherapy and air jets, a contoured seat with slip-resistant surface, and inward-opening door with grab bars. Additional features such as a quick-drain system, inline water heater, and ozonator for internal sterilization were explained to support hygiene and soaking comfort. The wall system was described as antimicrobial, mold-resistant, and supported by proprietary moisture-blocking backer panels.
Misti outlined the full installation process, including removal down to the studs and subfloor, upgraded plumbing and electrical where needed, and full reinstallation with custom wall trim for a sealed, built-in result. The layout was adjusted to the customer’s space requirements, with a white finish selected per design preference. All fixtures were chosen in chrome to match the customer’s existing bath hardware.
Five Star Bath Solutions provided lifetime coverage on the tub, door seal, wall panels, and installation labor. The walk-in unit also carries a lifetime seal warranty from Mobility Bathworks. Flexible pricing options were shared, including one-year, 30-day, and same-day best price programs, with additional savings for flexible scheduling and customer review participation.
