Scot Kemmer, the Five Star Bath Solutions representative, introduced four remodel packages, with Smart Choice chosen for its durable, grout-free design and antimicrobial protection. The panels are quarter-inch virgin PVC with embedded stone imaging and sealed with antimicrobial silicone rated for 50 years. Installation was described as a two-day process beginning with full demolition to studs and protection of flooring. The final price, after a 77% franchise discount on labor and an additional Same Day Upgrade promotion, was reduced from $19,725 to $15,743. All materials, installation, and tax were included, with price guaranteed for 30 days. Scot offered to provide rendering previews and remained available for further consultation.
