"I have to give this company an A+ for integrity. They made a mistake on measurements and had to do the whole project twice. I would give them a D on communications. They failed to update me on when they would fix their mistake and when I called, it seemed that no one knew what was happening. Still, the correct materials came in an the installers did a fine job installing the pan and walls and accessories. They were also pleasant and answered my questions. So while the materials seem good and workmanship seems excellent, communication is a problem with the office. I should mention that I am still waiting for the glass surround. The pan and walls need to be up so they can get proper measurements. I'll try to remember to update this post."
