Rachel Mandizha from Five Star Bath Solutions introduced the company’s Smart Choice package, emphasizing the benefits of its seamless wall system and 100% waterproof non-porous backer board. The system was described as simple to clean, requiring only water and mild soap, and engineered to resist mold, mildew, and peeling. Rachel highlighted the company’s trusted service, including insurance-backed coverage, background-checked certified installers, and consistently high customer satisfaction ratings. She explained that unlike most national chains, Five Star operated with a local presence while maintaining nationwide franchise support and resources.
The installation involved full demo of the original tub system, inspection for mold or subfloor damage, and installation of new plumbing and a slip-resistant base. The updated walk-in shower featured a seamless white pearl wall system with marble-like veining, brushed nickel fixtures, dual grab bars, a detachable handheld showerhead, angled shelving, and a future-ready mount location for a teak bench. Despite the customer’s request for gray flooring, the final installation retained the original tan tile floor, which still complemented the clean, neutral aesthetic. All work was completed in a single day with protective measures in place for the home’s flooring and finishes.
Rachel concluded by detailing the warranty coverage: a one-page, no-fine-print lifetime guarantee that applied to product, parts, and labor. The warranty is transferable to future homeowners, offering both peace of mind and resale value. The customer was assured that any future issues—such as leaks or cosmetic damage—would be promptly addressed at no cost. The install was coordinated flexibly with the homeowner’s other renovation timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
