Claude outlined the advantages of this wall system over acrylic or fiberglass, emphasizing waterproof performance and ease of cleaning. The customer was reassured by the company’s transparency, bonded and insured status, and reputation built over 28 years, supported by W2-employed specialists.

Installation involved a full demolition to the studs, replacement of the plumbing valve and drain system, and application of a waterproof Hydro Block backer board behind all panels. The team completed the install in two days, placing all accessories using custom blocking and finishing with sealed antimicrobial silicone. A full moisture check and debris removal were completed before close-out.

The project is covered under a fully transferable lifetime warranty for all labor, product, and plumbing, with no prorating or hidden service fees. The original Smart Choice package was quoted at $17,204 but was reduced to $14,406 through a combination of senior and corporate upgrade discounts. Payment terms were structured as $1,000 down, 30% after final measurement, and the remainder due at project completion, with no additional credit card fees.
