Installation involved removing the tub and tile down to the studs, treating minor mold, inspecting and leveling the subfloor, and installing a waterproof backer system with quad-lock corners. New Delta plumbing and a commercial-grade PEX system were added before securing the base, full-height Calacatta composite panels, corner shelves, and bypass glass door. The new shower area received a final silicone seal and thorough cleanup. Vinyl plank flooring and a new comfort-height toilet were also included in the scope. A separate vanity top upgrade was discussed as an option, with accessory placement finalized during install.
Five Star Bath Solutions provides a fully transferable lifetime warranty on labor and materials, including service calls. Original quote for the wet area totaled $16,915, reduced to $13,915 with a VA discount and online offer. Additional projects included the new toilet at $750 and luxury plank flooring at $3,450. Optional vanity top was offered at $2,135, with a suggestion to purchase the toilet separately for further savings. Financing was available with 10% down and monthly payments.
