"Five Star replaced our bath tub/shower with a walk-in shower since we are elderly and I am disabled. Our installer was Kyle and he checked and double checked with me to be sure that shelves and grab bars were placed properly and according to my needs. The job of removing the tub and putting up new wood where needed and the final finishing with the beautiful tile walls and non-slip flooring, new plumbing fixtures and shower doors was done quickly, efficiently and the bathroom left clean and neat. We are soooooo happy with our new shower."

"I had my bathroom converted from tub to walk in shower. When we bought the house 11 years ago, they painted the tub and shower walls. Well, the paint started coming off and the bottom of the tub had peeling paint. It was time to do something. They called and asked if they could come 3 days earlier and I was so excited for them to come. Joe came and did the work. He was such a nice guy and he did a perfect job. To me, Five Star is a great company. I am 1 happy customer."
"I was over the top pleased with the final product and service. I had my tub taken out and a shower installed. My mom had a stroke and moved in with me so I could take care of her and needed it done quickly. I had originally picked out different pattern for walls but they new the urgency and let me know if I picked the chose I have that it was in house and got my install date moved up. Can’t say enough about our installer Alex. Great guy very nice. He covered floors before starting. Took all the trash away. Cleaned up after himself. He was here 2 days but they weren’t even full days. I did have to have someone come later to add seat in shower cuz wasn’t in stock but wasn’t a problem. I originally wanted shower doors but was suggested to me not to since I was going to be using for my mom. I was originally told by sales person I couldn’t add later but then was told by next guy I could definitely add later if wanted to. I absolutely love it. No grout to worry about and Other than the floor don’t really feel need to scrub down walls yet. Love low maintenance no maintenance things and this is one. I so recommend it. It might not be for everyone but especially as I get older easier clean up is important to me."

Did an excellent job of explaining the product and process, and asked for my business without demanding it. He informed me that they were about 12 weeks out for installation but I had expected that as the two other companies that bid said the same. I was so impressed with the installers Kyle and Alex. They were efficient and very clean. They came across a problem with my toilet being glued to the floor but they put their heads together and promptly resolved the problem, keeping me informed at every step. Again I can’t believe how clean their work was and how much respect they had for my home. Floor covers. Shoe covers. Swept up in the garage. All in all a true 5 Star experience!""
