The finished space now features full-height composite panels in Azura Bay, a marble-inspired design with gray veining to complement the neutral palette. A low-threshold shower base was installed to replace the original tub, improving access while maintaining waterproof performance. The upgrade includes a frameless-style glass bypass door with brushed nickel hardware for a contemporary look. Two grab bars were added for safety support, one positioned horizontally and one vertically along the wall. A corner shelf in matching composite material provides practical storage, while a handheld showerhead with multiple spray settings completes the system.

Ted McCann from Five Star Bath Solutions introduced the Azura Bay panel system, highlighting its multi-layer composite build with a closed-cell surface that resists mold, mildew, and staining. The panels are designed from real stone scans and finished with protective layers for long-lasting performance and ease of cleaning. Ted emphasized the reliability of Delta’s temperature-controlled commercial-grade fixtures and noted that all plumbing uses PEX lines with marine-grade silicone sealing for durability.

Installation included full demolition of the original system to the studs, installation of waterproof backer boards, new Delta hardware, and sealed corner reinforcement for a leak-free finish. The hotel-grade bypass glass doors were treated to resist mineral buildup and water spots, suitable for hard water areas. The project was completed in two days with no delays, and all installation was performed by Five Star Bath Solutions’ in-house team with no subcontractors.

The warranty is registered to the property for long-term coverage, including future resale.
