All trim and edges were updated in matching material for a cohesive, seamless appearance. The result transformed the space from aged and tile-heavy to bright, functional, and easier to maintain.
Jordan Santiano, the Five Star Bath Solutions representative, presented the Smart Choice composite system made with six bonded layers and antimicrobial coating. The walls are non-porous, grout-free, and backed by the proprietary Shower Shield system—a cement-coated, closed-cell foam backer board designed to block water penetration. Jordan addressed prior concerns with seamless panel failures from another provider by explaining the company’s thorough material inspection process and product warranty coverage. The customer selected a white marble pattern for its updated look and ease of care.
Installation included complete demo to the studs, removal of compromised surfaces, and plumbing upgrades to a lifetime-warranted PEX system. All walls were sealed with Shower Shield and surfaced with seamless Smart Choice panels. Two built-in shampoo shelves were added, along with a chrome curtain rod and full skirt wrap around the tub deck using the same wall material.
