I have done renovations on 5 homes over the past 20 years (moved a lot due to work) & both my husband and I agree that this group is in the top 2 of the best we've worked with. From the moment Jarvis showed up at our home he put us at ease- He came prepared & was polite, professional, friendly & a good listener. Once we decided to go forward w/project, they moved quickly - Avon came in as the project manager and was also professional, knowledgeable, competent and eager to get the job done. He brought with him a team of 3, and all 3 of his associates operated with the same excellent standard of Jarvis and Avon. They were respectful of our home in every way - showed up on time every day - worked until early evening and were also eager to get the job done. There was a small glitch in the end with our glass shower doors being delayed - Avon handled it quickly and professionally and kept us informed until it got here. It was then quickly installed with no issues. We couldn't be happier - this has elevated the look, feel and, of course value of our home. They renovated both our master, and our upstairs bathrooms - also added a pocket door to our small upstairs bathroom to help create extra space for our teenagers who share it - and they too, LOVE it. Don't hesitate to call them and work with them - they are top tier professionals who know what they're doing."
