Five Star Bath Solutions representative Shelby Ball introduced the grout-free composite panel system, designed to emulate real stone while eliminating concerns around mold, staining, and maintenance. The selected finish offered the appearance of natural materials without seams or grout lines. Shelby reviewed multiple fixture configurations and door styles, guiding the customer toward a semi-frameless sliding panel for practical access in the confined space.

Installation was completed over two days. The crew performed full demolition down to the studs and installed a waterproof Shower Shield backer board system. Delta commercial-grade plumbing components were installed, along with updated trim fixtures in chrome. The original tile floor was preserved, and no structural repairs were required. Final work included detailed cleaning and full debris removal.
