The scope included full demo to the studs, subfloor framing, replacement of plumbing lines, and installation of a custom shower pan matched to the existing space. The team also updated the lighting overhead. Job was completed within the typical two-day window after the projected lead time.
The Smart Choice system includes a fully transferable lifetime warranty that covers wall panels, bench, glass, grab bars, and waterproof backer board. Warranty coverage remains valid through future ownership changes. Flexible payment terms included one-third deposit and balance upon completion or optional financing with deferred payments.
