Kayley and Shawn who handled our consultation and measurement appointments were great to interact with. There were some details that we had discussed that were not on our paperwork, Shawn investigated and contacted us back right away regarding our questions and concerns. They honored what we discussed and updated it on the paperwork. Kayley provided pictures of the products we ordered so I could preorder new vanities to match the new look. A couple weeks before our install, I reached out requesting a change on our finishes for one of our bathrooms and Tracey helped make that happen. Steven and Dillion who actually remodeled our two bathrooms did phenomenal work. They were very informative answering any and all questions we had. "Jake is a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional installer. He answered questions along the way during the install without being evasive, or making us think that we were interrupting him, or getting in his way. The install was completed in two days, as projected. He protected our floor covering, and cleaned up after himself when he was finished both days. You can see the before and after photos below, and I also included a few of in-betweens, to show that they do what they say they will (referring to the moisture barrier, etc.).
