The Five Star Bath Solutions representative presented the Smart Choice composite wall system, emphasizing its six-layer, non-porous, antimicrobial, and grout-free construction for durability and simplified maintenance. The marble-inspired finish delivers the appearance of natural stone without tile upkeep. The Shower Shield waterproof backer board system was installed behind the panels to provide a mold-resistant and moisture-protected foundation. Marine-grade antimicrobial silicone and advanced sealing methods were used to reinforce long-term watertight performance. The company’s bathroom-focused expertise and product knowledge supported confidence in both safety and longevity.
Installation was completed by certified in-house technicians over one to two days. The process included full demolition of the existing shower area and enclosure, inspection of subflooring and wall framing, and preparation for waterproof installation. A solid, slip-resistant composite shower base was fitted, followed by installation of composite wall panels and recessed niche shelving. Delta commercial-grade plumbing fixtures were installed and secured. Protective floor coverings were placed throughout the home, and all debris was removed at project completion to maintain a clean worksite.
