The Representative introduced Five Star Bath Solutions’ Smart Choice composite wall system, explaining that the grout-free, antimicrobial, non-porous material provides the appearance of natural stone while remaining easy to clean and highly durable. The Representative reviewed the waterproof Shower Shield backing system, structural reinforcement for safety accessories, and Delta chrome fixtures designed for dependable long-term performance. The company also highlighted its bathroom-focused expertise, professionally trained installers, and custom-fit installation process to ensure a quality finished product.
The installation process included removal of the existing walk-in tub, demolition to the wall studs, inspection of the framing and plumbing, installation of the waterproof backing system, low-threshold shower base, wall panels, integrated seat, grab bars, corner shelves, fixtures, and final cleanup. A project manager verified measurements and layout preferences before installation to ensure each component was properly positioned for comfort and accessibility. Installation of the shower system was completed in approximately two days.
Five Star Bath Solutions provides a fully transferable lifetime warranty covering qualifying products and labor. The warranty includes installation workmanship and continued customer support, providing long-term confidence in the completed bathroom remodel.
