The remodeled shower was built with white marble-style composite wall panels fabricated to custom dimensions for a tight fit. A standard-height chrome curtain rod replaced the original glass doors to simplify cleaning. The design included one corner shelf bolted into the wall and two safety grab bars installed on adjacent walls and the plumbing wall for better accessibility. A solid-core low-threshold base was installed with reinforced structure and integrated chrome drain hardware.

All demolition debris was removed without requiring a dumpster, minimizing impact for tenants and neighbors. The remodel was completed in a single day, and project scheduling was finalized on a 6 to 8 week lead time.
