"We had a walk in shower with doors to replace an old tub and tile walls I could never quite clean. The three gentleman showed up exactly on time, carefully protected all floor space they worked in, set up in the drive with tents so they could work in most weather and removed all waste, including the old tub. Everything was done according to the agreement and when rotten sub floor was found, they immediately set to fixing the unexpected before continuing with the rest of the job. I was brought in to see each stage and double check everything was ok before they moved on to next. Very thorough, replacing everything with new material from the wall behind the shower to the drain placement. Phil followed up a few days later in case of questions and came back to the house to solve a tiny concern with water pressure- not his fault at all, but he knew what to do. The family is thrilled and it looks great."
