"Five Star Bath removed an old shower stall and replaced it with a beautiful shower area, doubling the area that was my previous stall. Luigi (my installer) was very professional and did excellent detailed work. The work area everyday before he left was cleaned of all debris and trash. Never did he leave without being able to start in a clean environment the next day. He was always positive and kept us informed of the process and what to expect next. The work was "top notch" and could not have been completed any better. We were very satisfied with the end results. Maria at the office was also very polite and positive. She contacted us on several occasions to prepare us for the install. She was the link that kept everything running smooth, from ordering the supplies, confirming the correct material were delivered and in perfect condition and then designed for the "area" that it had to be used in. I can only say good things about Five Star Bath......."

"This company is fantastic. Their materials are far superior to other "one day" installers. In fact, I would not even consider them in that genre. We had two baths converted to walk in showers. There is nothing cheap looking about the finished product. The installation crew was very polite. They covered all the areas from dust and cleaned up afterward. I cannot say enough good things about them. We have had some bad experiences with contractors in the last three years. Five Stars has renewed my faith that there are companies who live up to their claims."

"The installation was done in a long day and looks excellent. I had to do a small amount of cleanup but that was fine so the installers didn’t have to wait around for things to dry (or return another day). The installers didn’t everything they had to do efficiently and even waited while I replaced a faulty faucet I’d bought for them to install on our vanity. The job was quite pricey but was done in a timely manner to our satisfaction."
