Scot Kemmer of Five Star Bath Solutions presented the Smart Choice package with Everest antimicrobial composite wall panels featuring subtle blue-gray veining and matte-black Ashland square fixtures for a modern contrast. The customer selected a barn-style sliding glass door enclosure for water containment and clear sight lines. Accessibility features include three matte-black grab bars (two 18-inch with integrated clips for the handheld, one 24-inch horizontal on the back wall), three matching corner shelves, and an 800-lb-capacity fold-down wood bench seat.

Installation began with full demolition of the existing shower to the studs, inspection and reinforcement of any damaged framing, and installation of the proprietary Shower Shield cement-reinforced backer board. A custom thermal-insulated, non-slip shower base was set with quad-lock corner protection. Quarter-inch panels snapped into place without grout or caulk, followed by PEX plumbing updates; Delta rain-head and handheld fixtures; grab bars, shelves, bench, and glass door mounting; and a final seal with 50-year antimicrobial silicone. Certified in-house installers completed the two- to three-day project, performing a full walkthrough and cleanup.
