Charles, the representative from Five Star Bath Solutions, provided a detailed explanation of the company’s offerings, emphasizing their use of high-quality materials like the HydroBlock ShowerShield, which is 100% waterproof and mold-resistant. He assured the customer that their systems are designed to prevent the issues they’ve experienced with their current setup, mentioning that the company’s proprietary materials are superior to standard greenboard or cement board used in other renovations. Charles highlighted the company’s local reputation and extensive experience, noting that they handle a large volume of bathroom remodels each year, which builds trust and reliability.
Charles described the installation process, noting that it would involve removing the existing tub and tiles, addressing any underlying moisture problems, and installing a new, customized tub with updated plumbing. He explained that the project would likely take about one day to complete, with the team ensuring thorough cleanup and a final walkthrough to confirm customer satisfaction. Charles reassured the customer that Five Star Bath Solutions does not use subcontractors, and all work is performed by their certified, in-house team to maintain high standards of quality.
Five Star Bath Solutions offers a comprehensive lifetime warranty on all labor, materials, and parts used in their installations. This warranty is fully transferable, which would add value to the home if the customer decides to sell in the future. Charles emphasized the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction, explaining that their warranty covers any potential issues, providing the customer with peace of mind that their investment is protected and that they can expect a long-lasting and durable bathroom renovation.
